N.P.Kozlov, Î.Ì.Polyanskaya In the paper the degree of depolarization in the limits of a strip of valent fluctuations of a molecule of water in a liquid condition is obtained. Investigations are carried out by the automated installation on the basis of spectrometer DFS-24 with excitation from laser LTI-701 (λ=532 nm). Krutov, V.E.Troitsky, N.A.Tsirova QUARK DEGREES OF FREEDOM IN THE DEUTERON AND NUCLEON-NUCLEON DYNAMICS Asymptotics of the deuteron form factors at high momentum transfers is investigated in the framework of relativistic composite nucleon model. Asymptotics is calculated in the nonrelativistic and relativistic impulse approximations. The influence of the recent opened ”non-Rosenbluth” behavior of proton form factors on the deuteron asymptotic is studied. It is established that the calculated in our work relativistic asymptotics describe adequately the existing experimental data at achieved momentum transfers. The contribution of the meson exchange currents to the deuteron form factors asymptotics is estimated. The general analytical form of the deuteron wave function, parameters of which are determined by the power of asymptotic decrease of deuteron form factors, particularly, the prediction of QCD, is obtained. L.A. Mitlina, Y.V.Velickanova, M.R.Vinogradova, E.V.Krivosheeva, G.S. Badrtdinov DEFECTS STRUCTURE, ELECTRIC AND MAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF MONOCRYSTALLINE FERRITE FILMS3 It is shown, that energy of electroconductivity activation in the range of temperatures 300–700 K coincides with energy of the dislocation a level. ”Smearing” of magnetic transformation on dependence in the range of Curie temperatures is defined by the ratio between parameters s-d exchange interaction, energy of activation of conductivity, constants of exchange interaction of spins. Parameter s-d exchange interaction, a constants of anisotropy galvanomagnetic effect, a constant of the induced magnetic anisotropy, radius of spin-spin exchange interaction, radius of magneto-dipole interactions, relaxational losses of magneticstatical waves are determinated by the degree of the plastic deformation set by technological conditions of reception. Alekseeva DIFFUSIVE PROCESSES IN METALS AND ALLOYS AT MARTENSITE TRANSFORMATIONS The method of radioactive indicators investigates features of distribution and migration of atoms in metals and Fe–Ni-alloys of low temperatures for want of phase transformation, impulse deformation and for want of joint operation of transformation and strain. The velocities of mass-transfer and form of concentration structures are determined depending on method of impulse effect, size of a grain, such as a rigid solution, structure of an alloy and kind of penetrating atoms. L.S. Molchatsky DISPERSION APPROACH TO THE PROBLEM OF NEUTRINO MASS-SPLITTING The Dashen—Frautschi dispersion method is used to investigate the mass-differences in the neutrino and charge lepton sectors. Here we consider the model in which the charge leptons are described by poles of the νi π- ---> νi π- scattering amplitudes where νi is the neutrino mass eigenstate with mass mi . The crucial contribution to the mass-splitting arises from the σ-resonance exchanges in the t-channel of these processes. In this way, the relation between mass differences in lepton sectors is derived.
