JANES-CUMMINGS MODEL IN THE NONIDEAL FINITE-T CAVITY

On the basis of the master equation for the density matrix the dynamics of the two-level atom interacting with mode of quantum electromagnetic field in nonideal finite-T resonator has been considered. The time behaviour of the mean photon numbers in mode versus the resonator temperature has been investigated quality.

COHERENT STATE DYNAMICS OF SEVERAL QUANTUM OPTICAL MODELS

The coherent state representations of the groupG = W1 G0 (where G0 = SU(2); SU(1;1)) are used in computer simulation of the dynamics of single two-level atom (G0=SU(2) interacting with a quantized photon cavity mode - the Jaynes -Cummings model (JCM) without the rotating wave approximation and, in general, nonlinear in photon variables). The second case (hyperbolic Jaynes - Cummings model (HJCM), G0=SU(1;1)) corresponds to the quantum dynamics of quadratic nonlinear coupled oscillators (the parametric resonance on double field frequency and a three - wave parametric processes of nonlinear optics). Quasiclassical dynamical equations for parameters of approximately factorizable coherent states for these models are derived and regimes of motion for "atom" and field variables are analyzed.

LIQIUD CRYSTAL LENS FOR WAVE FRONT CONTROL

The new way of phase transmittance control of liquid crystal modulator with distributed reactive parameters is proposed. This way consist of pulse form variation of supplying voltage.

THE ELECTRICAL BREAKDOWN OF THIN Sm2O3 FILMS IN SILICON MIS STRUCTURES

The main regularity of the dielectric breakdown in samarium oxide lms in silicon MIS structures were investigated. The dependences of breakdown field versus the voltage increase rate in the structure, the temperature, also the delay time of breakdown versus the step voltage amplitude. It is shown that the breakdown progress consist of two stage: the preparational stage when the critical charge is accumulated in the dielectric and the stage of the intrinsic breakdown when this charge becomes greater then the critical charge.

STABILITY AND CHAOS OF SOME TWO-LEVEL MODELS OF QUANTUM OPTICS

It is investigated the problem of stable and chaotic behaviour in the dynamics of many two-level atoms interacting with photon cavity mode. An influence of possible parametric instabilities of nonlinear media is discussed.
