RUSSIAN LAW IN A CONTEXT OF PHILOSOPHICAL-METHODOLOGICAL RESEARCH
The complex research of processes determining modern life in the sphere of law is one of the main directions of philosophy of law development. The author of the article believes that the creation of productive explanatory model, sufficient for designing Russian legal system should be anticipated by radical change paradigmatics of law research. The main idea of this innovation, in author's opinion is in developing the methodology of identification of the law not only from the prevailing position of normative approach, but also from the point of view of the process approach.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN THE SYSTEM OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION : PROSPECTS OF MODERNIZATION
At this article the author descrites a way of system of professional training staff of MIA of Russia for postsoviet period and it is modern state. The author points to shortage of extensive method in forming of MIA staff for provision of effectiveness of their activity and modernizahion of system of professional training MIA of Russia as a necessary of correspondence of staff to modern state of society.

AXIOLOGY OF MODERNIZATION OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN THE SYSTEM OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION
The author explores influence of fundamental factors of development of modern Russian society and it is requirements in systems of professional training staff of MIA of Russia. The fundamental valuable-normative imperatives of modernization of pointed influence are determined on the basis of this influence. It corresponds with forecast state of society at very near future.
