In acute experiments on rats we studied responses of inspiratory muscules to microinjections of adrenalin, noradrenalin, obzidan and aminazin into the right and left nucleus ambigualis. It is shown that respiratory effects are depended from the lateralization of microinjections, dose and nature of the pharmacological agents.

We investigated phosphoric-calcium metabolism features and glucocorticoid level in rats with different types of allogen hydroxyapatite implanted in biceps femoris muscle. The lack of essential glucocorticoids' level changes in rats' plasma, free calcium and nonorganic phosphate contents in serum was detected. We supposed that hydroxyapatite heterotopic implantation did not induce stress reaction of the operated animals.

The problems of species composition creation for urban plantings are discussed in the article. Using the example of Samara park territories we point on the main factors effecting the plant biodiversity and the meaning of park plantings as objects of biomonitoring.

Features of the influence of higher temperature as an abiotic environmental factor upon an aquarium mollusk as the laboratory model are examined in the article. Data obtained may be transferred into real conditions in living nature because artificial heating is rather widespread nowadays. Also parameters of incubative mix for this object were defined.

MECHANISMS OF ERYTHROCYTE DESTABILIZATIONS OF LACTACIDOSE AND NITROTHYOLS ACTION
The mechanisms of red blood cells destabilization are investigated under nitrosothyols action in conditions of Lactacidose. The action of a dairy acid (7,5 mM/l) and nitrits (2 mM/l) is accompanied by significant activation of hemoglobin autooxdation, membranes desintegration and cells damage. The addition of cestein hydroxychlorid (2 mM/l) in incubative mix is not accompanied by improvement of parameters. Thus, the introduction of thyols does not render expressed protective influence on erythrocytes on a background of nitrits action and Lactacidose.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE THEORY OF SUPRABULBAR CONTROL OF RESPIRATORY CENTER ACTIVITY
There were three historical stages in the development of the theory of suprabulbar respiratory control. The first one lasted since seventies of XIX century till fifties-sixties of XX century, the second one lasted since fifties-sixties till nineties of XX century, and the third one since nineties of XX century till present time. In the review every stage of the development of the theory of suprabulbar respiratory control is characterised.

TO THE ECOBIOMORPHIC CHARACTERISTIC OF "KOLKI" FORESTS IN VOLGA REGION STEPPES
Floral, ecomorphic and biomorphic structure of natural "kolki" forests on Samara river arena (on the Volga dependent) has been researched. Perennial species predominance from families Rosaceae, Fabaceae, Apiaceae, Asteraceae has been detected. Over species variety silvant, mesotrophic and mesophytic plants are prevailed.
