N.Y. Babicheva BONE MINERAL DENSITY IN PATIENT ON HEMODIALYSIS Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry and quantitative bone ultrasound is used for the diagnostics of secondary osteoporosis in renal osteodystrophy. It is proved that patients with end-stage renal disease that are treated by program hemodialysis have osteopenic syndrome 2 times more often than in population. It develops more often in women of older age group than in young women or men. The time of their staying at hemodialysis does not effect osseous mineralization. V.I. Belokonev, I.P. Korolyuk, A.E. Yudin In the paper the results of the comparative estimation of ultrasonography method and CT of 48 patients with hard pancreas ache are studied. The criterious of comparison were the measure of pancreas, its homogeneity modification of its contours, the appearance of liguid across pancreas cellulose. It was established that in the pancreas ache form becoming dropsical data of USE and CT were competitive. In inflammatory demolition of pancreas CT gave us a possibility to value more detale character of modifications in pancreas than USE of complications of an inflammatory demolition of pancreas CT gave us the possibility to prove their evolution, white the ultra sound method in these conditions was not informative enough. V.I. Belokonev, A.E. Yudin MONITORING SHARP PANCREATITIS AND PANCREANECROSIS BY METHOD OF SPIRAL COMPUTER TOMOGRAPHY In the paper the results of spiral computer tomography (SCT) at 48 patients with sharp pancreatitis and developed pancreanecrosis are studied. Research carried out from the moment of revealing changes of laboratory parameters (diastase blood and urine) and further on all stages of current of sharp pancreatitis and its complications. The analysis of the obtained results has allowed to define optimum terms of dynamic supervision over development of sharp pancreatitis and pancreanecrosis. Optimum terms of carring out SCT are certain, allowing to estimate development of sharp pancreatitis, in due time to reveal its complications and to avoid inexpedient financial expenses for medical process. V.G. Egorov, L.N. Mikhailov AGROECOLOGICAL MONITORING OF SOIL END PLANT The data of local monitoring of soil and plantgroowing production obtained on special owned plots, situated in different climatic zones of out republic and in the polluted areas located not far from the transport roads, in the fields of crop rotations are given in this article. The investigation of the plots of the farm named after Sverdlov of the Cheboksarsky district showed — that in the period of 4 years by crop rotation of buckwheat, spring wheat ”eza” selective the mineral content of the nitrogen in the arable soil layer reduced by 15,0, the content of active phosphorus by 1,0, nitrate by 3,8, exchange potassium by 35,0 mg/kg. The highest accumulation of nitrate traced in the wheat ”eza” selective (94 mg/kg) but the number of heavy metals in soit and the plands was within satusfactory limits. I.V. Kazantsev, Y.P. All patients are exemined as to renal functional. The change of renal function is noticed in 30 cystic fibrosis patients. T.G. Kuznetsova, S.D. Solnushkin, V.N. Chihman, V.T. Shuvaev M.V. Radchenko, E.A. Rodina COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF INFANTS AND CHIMPANZEES HEART RATE VARIABILITY IN PURPOUSEFULNESS The goal approaching and striving for it are dynamic integral functional states, where the realization of each following behavior cycle are accompanying of activation systems reactions - orienting, concentration, positive and negative reactions. This reactions has own heart correlations. We came to light similar and precise correlation between including activation systems in children and chimpanzees and its scatterograms dynamic change, which reflected rebuilding central and own mechanisms heart rate regulation. The clearness of changing its form, area, place on the coordinate plane allow to see and estimate of the dynamic of regulative heart rate mechanisms in the real time scale, estimate child’s functional state, regulate of degree emotional tension in the process learning. We may to change of experimental program emergency, to bring down or to rise of playing load and to prevent of stress evolution if it is necessary. The further research will allow to be created the real conditions for carrying-out of prognostics estimate of functional infant states. N.V. Mironova TECHNOLOGY OF MEDICAL AND SOCIAL WORK WITH FAMILIES OF HIGH SOCIAL RISK IN POLYCLINIC CONDITIONS The consequences of socio-economic crisis in Russian Federation at the end of XX – the beginning of XXI century have put new problems of rendering medical and social services by treatment-and-precautions institutions. In the present paper new technology of working with children from asocial families in conditions of pediatric out-patients and polyclinic system is considered. T.V. Pavlova, S.P. Krivova THE EFFECT OF ATHEROSCLEROSIS OF CORONARY ARTERIES PREVALENCE ON BLOOD COAGULANT SYSTEM INDICES In the paper the results of dispersion effect of atherosclerosis of coronary arteries prevalence on hemostasis, hematologic and cholesterol tests are considered. There are apparent effect diffusion of atherosclerosis on all of this activities. Thus is forming ”vicious circle” which increase aforesaid abnormalities. M.V. Radchenko, T.G. Kuznetsova, V.E. Kuzmina In the paper peculiarities of the involvement of activation systems for orientation reflex, motivation and emotious in aim achivement process in pre-school children and chimpanzee are analysed. Possible mechanisms determined the peculiarities are discussed. S.A. Senator, Y.P. Zarubin, P.P. Purygin ENDANGERED SPECIES OF PLANTS OF VOLGA-IRGIZ FLORA DISTRICT IN LOW VOLGA REGION In the paper the results of endangered species of plants, which are grown up in the territory of the Volga-Irgiz flora district of low-lithg place in the Volga are observed. The materials are given from the Samara State Pedagogical University, Samara Historical Museum of Alabin and Penza State Pedagogical University. E.V. Soboleva, P.A. Lebedev The aim of the study was to analyse the relation between homocysteine and other risk factors for ischaemic heart disease (IHD) and to assess an impact of Simvastatin therapy (Vasilip, KRKA) on lipid metabolism, homocysteine and endothelial function in patients with IHD. In total 85 patients with IHD were recruited into the study. Hardness, elasticity and reactivity of systemic arteries were measured by digital computer photopletismography. Ultrasound dopplerography in B-regimen was used to assess thickness of intima-media complex in the left and right common carotid artery (TIMCCA). Lipid profile and plasma homocysteine were measured by immuno-enzyme method using automated analyser. Fifteen patients were administered Vasilip 20 mg daily for 12 weeks in addition to the main therapy. The level of homocysteine and photopletismography parameters were measured initially and after 12 weeks. Endothelial dysfunction was detected in all patients with chronic forms of IHD. Vascular remodelling processes including increased hardness of arteries and resistance vessels tonus are largely result of homocysteinemy. Simvastatin improves endothelial function by reducing homocysteine and atherogenic lipids concentration. 171808 N.V. Spiridonova, R.B. Balter MICROELEMENT STRUCTURE OF BLOOD AND SALIVA AT PREGNANT WOMEN WITH GESTOSIS In the paper the characteristics of microelement structure of blood serum and oral fluid at pregnant women with gestosis are analyzed on automatic biochemical analyzer ”Hitachi–902” made by ”Roch-Diagnostics”. The magnesium and chlorine reduction in blood and saliva, marked imbalance of phosphorus-calcium metabolism in blood and in saliva, and increase of natrium substance in different biological mediums is typical for gestosis The correlation analysis among blood and saliva characteristics is carried out. N.V. Spiridonova, R.B. Balter, A.V. Kazakova GESTOSIS DEVELOPMENT PREDICTION BY MULTIVARIANCE MATHEMATICAL ANALYSIS The gestosis is of primary importance in obstetrics. Its rate is 14,7–17,2% and it leads to impairment of perinatal mortality, maternal prevalence and mortality (the 3–4 position, about 6,9-17,4% [2]). Perinatal mortality comes to 9,3–19,8%. In the paper the gestosis development at different trimesters of pregnancy is revealed for expectant mother separation into risk groups. It goes under the program of gestosis prevention. G.V. Supornik, S.G.Kochetkov FEATURES OF GASTRODUODENAL DAMAGE AT PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC DISEASES OF THE LIVER In the paper some clinical, endoscopic and morphological features of the gastroduodenal damage at patients with chronic hepatites and cirrhosis of the liver various etiology are considered. Helicobacter pylori colonization of a mucous membrane of stomach at these patients is studied. S.G. Sukhanov, O.N. Tauber HYPERHOMOCYSTEINEMIA AND CORONARY ATHEROSCLEROSIS Hyperhomocysteinemia, one of the established cardiovascular risk factor, becomes one of the main determinants of accelerating of atherosclerosis in coronary heart disease patients. In the paper the results of studies showing the role of hyperhomocysteinemia as the cardiovascular risk factor in patients with atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries, as well as approaches for the management of progression of atherosclerotic lesions in ischaemic heart disease patients with elevated plasma homocystein concentration, are summarized.
