V.V. Andreev, A.F. Krutov ELECTRIC COMPTON POLARIZABILITY OF KAON IN THE RHD FRAMEWORK The electric polarizability of charged kaons is studied within framework of quark model based on instant form of relativistic Hamiltonian dynamics (RHD) with point-like constituents. The QCD-inspired potential of interaction is used. The relation between static and Compton (generalized) polarizabilities is investigated in the framework of used approach. V.A. Rozhkov, M.A. Rodionov, A.V. Pashin The effect of the rare earth metal film oxidation temperature on the electrophysical properties of MIS-structures Al-Dy2O3-Y2O3-nSi observed by the method of thermal pulverization of the rare-earth element on the silicon backing with the following thermal oxidation of the rare-earth metal films obtained in the air at 500, 600, 700, 800 o C is studied. The density of skin conditions, skin generation speed amounts and life time of not general charge transmitters of studied structures are determined. V.A. Rozhkov, M.A. Rodionov, A.V. Pashin The recombination properties of silicon passivated by the two-layered inductive gadolinium oxide and dysprosium oxide films are studied. It is determined that after putting the two-layered film made from the oxides of the rare-earth elements the life time of the non-equilibrium charge transmitters, measured by using the relaxation method of non-stationary photoconductivity, increases twice or trice. The speed of surface recombination at the border of section silicon-oxide of the rare-earth element is estimated. S.V. Talalov CLASSICAL INTERACTED FIELDS: NON-LAGRANGIAN FORMULATION MODEL The general scheme of interacted field theory in two-dimensional time-space, which field equations are not Lagrange-Euler equations for any action function is considered. The Cauchy problem for initial data which admit both non-zero limits on the space infinity and singularities at some points is resolved. |
