ORGANIZATIONAL ASPECTS AND METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO CREATING ELECTRONIC EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES

In the paper the necessity of creating electronic informational resources for educational institutions based on principles that justify their inclusion in the educational process is shown. The classification system for electronic resources and stages for their usage are proposed. Furthermore, a method for evaluating the value of electronic courses is presented. This method proved itself on tests based on Samara State University.
