O.A. Vedyasova Unilateral microinjections of dopamine and apomorphine into the anaesthetized rat solitary tract nucleus result in variable changes in discharge patterns of the external intercostal muscles. In this study it is shown that apomorphine exerted both decrease and increase of respiration frequency, whereas dopamine only decreases the respiratory rhythm. According to the obtained data an involvement of dopaminergic mechanisms in respiratory control via the solitary tract nucleus is observed. L.M. Kavelenova ON ECOLOGICAL GROUNDS AND PRINCIPLES OF PHYTOMONITORING SYSTEM CREATION IN FOREST-STEPPE CONDITIONS In the paper the main ecological grounds and specific ecological features of town environment in forest-steppe conditions are discussed. Principles that must be kept in mind when creating the phytomonitoring system are considered. A.V. Sinitsky, E.V. Zakharov, Y.L. Gerasimov CURRENT ECOLOGICAL CONDITION OF SAMARA URBAN PONDS Complex characteristics of ecological condition of 8 urban ponds having an important significance for recreation, is presented. Estimations are obtained by hydrologic, hydrochemical data, according to condition of benthos and plankton communities and also - the results of toxic tests using Daphnia magna. The majority of ponds are rated as gently impure. |
