N.V. Sundukova, V.G. Podkovkin In the paper a model of mineral metabolism in normal conditions, under high temperature and intramuscular injection of allogenic hydroxyapatite is studied. The variation in concentration of mineral elements at bone tissue is found. The possibility of osteoporosis treatment by intramuscular injections is considered. Z.P. Belousova, N.A. Klenova The effect of synthesized N-1,2,4 - triazolid and N-indolid of toluene sulfonic acid on a soil microbiota in concentrations of 100-200 mkg /ml in 5% isopropanol are analyzed. Nitrogen fixers Clostridium pasterianum, Pseudomonas and Micrococcus, exercising nitrate respiration are chosen as objects for carrying out the tests. Both connections in concentration of 200 mg/l rendered the expressed bactericidal effect, almost completely suppressing growth of the studied groups of soil microorganisms. In concentration of 100 mg/l the N-1,2,4 - triazolid of toluene sulfonic acid is insignificantly stimulated with growth of nitrogen fixers. Z.P. Belousova, E.S. The high-level correlation among the dipole moment, molecular weight, molecular volume and their antibacterial features is shown. Fomkina CARDIAC RATE DYNAMICS AT PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN DURING SOLVING AN UNSOLVABLE PROBLEM Behavior reactions, the capacity for work, an anxiety and cardiac rhythm of pre-school children are studied before, during and after the gathering of puzzles. The cardiac rhythm is analysed by correlated cardiorhythmography method and estimation of parameters of regulation systems` activity. Cardiovascular patterns for initial state, for reacting a concentration on fulfilling the task, for “difficult state”, for positive emotion when getting a prize are established. Kuzmina A FUNCTIONAL STATE OF MASCULINE GONADS AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE STRESS-REACTION In model experiments of hypo- and hypergonadism in male rats changes in stress parameters induced by a single 6hrs immobilization were studied. We found that in earlier case an activation of sympathoadrenal system was more pronounced with maintaining of a dominant role of hypothalamo- hypophyseal-adrenal system. Rusanova EFFECT OF STUDY PROCESS ON THE HEALTH CONDITION OF PUPILS During the study period in the secondary educational facility the evaluation of the health condition and physical development of 190 pupils from first up to eleventh grade is conducted. It is noted, that to the end of the school eyesight keenness declines in 40% of girls and 23% of boys (10% in the first grade), the deviations of bearing are observed in 67% of girls and 59% of boys (correspondingly 5% and 3% in the first grade), flat-footedness is discovered in 24% of the amount of girls and 27% of the amount of boys (4% and 3% correspondingly), the ratio of the children belonging to the first health group decreases and the amount of the children belonging to the third health group increases. Ivanov BIOCHEMICAL MARKERS ALTERATIONS OF RAT HEART UNDER NINE-DAY HEAT STRESS In the paper the environmental high temperature effect on the rat heart is discussed. The original data about alterations of the relative heart mass, 11-oxycorticosteroides, glycogen and malonic dialdehyde contents in animal heart under daily heat stress (700Ñ, 10 min.) are produced. In experiment the relative heart mass was decreased on the ninth day of the temperature factor effect. The 11-oxycorticosteroides and glycogen contents were decreased on the fifth experimental day and were increased to the ninth day of the heat stress. The malonic dialdehyde content in heart of rat, witch was exposited heart stress, was increased. The correlation analysis of markers alterations is directed. Merkulova RESPIRATORY RESPONSES TO MICROINJECTICUS OF L-GLUTAMATE INTO THE LOCUS COERULEUS AREA In the paper the role and importance of locus coeruleus as the basic noradrenergic nucleus in regulation of activity of the respiratory center is and used. To solve the problem we used L-glutamat, which is the basic excitatory neurotransmitter of the central nervous system. After the microinjection of L-glutamat in to locus coeruleus it was possible to reveal diverse change of breathing pattern and electric activity of respiratory muscles. We suppose the participation of locus coeruleus in control of respiratory rhythm and depth of breathing. A.E. Romanova In acute experiments on anesthetized rats the respiratory effects of the activation of GABA-ergic system in central nucleus of amygdala and reticular part of substantia nigra are shown. The electrical stimulation of reticular part of substantia nigra produced a respiratory depression, which was reduced by bicuculline blockade of bulbar respiratory center. The microinjections of GABA into the central nucleus of amygdala produced a of respiratory stimulation. The assumptions of modulating GABA-ergic influence of reticular part of substantia nigra on activity of the central nucleus of amygdala and bulbar respiratory center are proposed. O.V.
