Gorbachev In the paper a comparative analysis of a radiating situation at the enterprises of an oil-and-gas complex of the Samara region is given at an effect on the personnel of sources radiations of natural and artificial origin. Use of sanitaryandhygienic and statistical methods of research permits to find the most adverse factor of the radiating nature related to application defektoscopy. On the basis of the obtained data the complex of the preventive actions eliminating a radiating risk are proposed. O.V. Zaitseva, E.V. Maksimova, O.N. Makurina The cellulosereduced and invertase activity of ground, which testifies to activity of soil processes are analyzed. The analysis of cellulosereduced activity in various soils depending on type of their preseeding processing and a season is carried out. Authentic differences between cellulosereduced and invertase activity of grounddepand on a season and type of preseeding are discussed. P.N. Zolotarev In the paper the antibacterial activity of medicine films with the active fraction of Ñaryophyllus aromaticus L. CO2-extracts is studied. It is found that 0,5% medicine films made at the complex chitosan and methilcellulose base (9/6) have the highest activity level. V.A. Ivanov, I.V. Gagloeva, V.A. Salchenko FEATURES OF DIAGNOSTICS AND TREATMENT OF OLD AGE PATIENTS WITH UNSTABLE STENOCARDIA For optimization of treating old age patients with unstable angina pectorolis the odservation of 229 patients is conducted. An algorithm of differential diagnosis with the registration of high danger, diagnostic verification, risk of stratification of patients, their grouping in the same kind of groups, differential pharmacological treatment, surgical intervention on heart is developed. It gives an opportunity to improve and stabilize clinical condition of the patients. A.A. Êirillov, N.Y. Êirillova, V.P. Vekhnik NEMATODES OF GENUS MYOTIS BATS (CHIROPTERA, VESPERTILIONIDAE) FROM SAMARSKAYA LUKA The annotated list of the nematodes fauna of genus Myotis (Vespertilionidae) for the Samarskaya Luka territory is given. 5 species of nematodes are revealed in bats: Molinostrongylus alatus, M. spasskii, Thominx neopulchra, Rictularia bovieri, Physocephalus sexalatus (larvae). For each bats species the following items of information are specified: quantity investigated individuals of animals, parameters of extensiveness and intensity of infection, index of a helminthes abundance, short reference of parasites. I.G. Kretova, A.I. Manuchin TEENAGER’S SMOKING AS A RISK FACTOR IN FORMING PATHOLOGIES OF BRONCHIAL SYSTEM In the paper results of questioning about the attitude to psychoactive substances of 332 students from various universities of Samara city, non-student youngsters and 54 studying teenagers of general education schools are presented. It is found that nowadays the first smoking experience children have at the period of primary school age, the quantity of smoked cigarettes only increases, and during the period of studying in the university the smoking habit finally forms. The conducted spirography research of the internal breathing function revealed the modifications to become apparent in the smoking period of 5 years, which is considered to be a risk factor in forming pathologies of bronchial system. More significant changes could be marked out between smoking female students. O.Yu. Kyznetsova, N.V. Rastsvetova AN EFFECT OF PINUS SILVESTRIS L. NEEDLES EXTRACT COMPONENTS ON HUMAN BLOOD CELLS In the paper the effect of components of Pinus Silvestris L. needles extract on NADH- and NADFH-oxidasis, superoxide dismutase enzyme activity and on peroxide resistant of erythrocytes is analyzed. All the patients live in regions both the ecological exertion and the inclement climatic conditions. The favorable effects of bioactive substance of Pinus Silvestris L. needles extract to human blood cells are discussed. T.G. Kyznetsova, O.A. Vedyasova, M.A. Veyukova In the paper the behavioral reactions of chimpanzee, such as switching an attention, vocalization, leaving the working place, contact with researcher and aggressive actions are studied under conditions of choice the object by its real image and pattern. It is shown that the process of studying the choice and it correct usage is dependent from the nervous system individual typological peculiarities of chimpanzee and its hierarchical position in a chimpanzee group. L.V. Limareva By the aid of a complex approach using morphometrical and immunological methods based on system multifactor analysis, features of acetylcholine and noradrenalin effect on peripheral blood lymphocytes of the person and dogs in norm and at a acute myocardial infarction are studied. It is shown that acetylcholine in vitro induces processes of apoptosis of lymphocytes at healthy donors (1 · 10-5 M/l) and at intact animals (1 · 10-6M/l). The analysis of the received mathematical models of morphofunctional conditions of blood lymphocytes at a myocardial infarction demonstrates similar character of changes at the person and animals. A.V. Lopatnikov The outcomes of treatment 162 patients with perforated ulcers of a stomach and duodenal intestine are studied. The operations are made by method of a tamponade by a gland on a leg on Polikarpov in a Road Hospital on Yaroslavl station of JSC Russian Railways. It is detected that quantity of complications and lethality for the patients after a tamponade on Polikarpov does not exceed average indices of operations keeping a body at perforated ulcers of a stomach and duodenal intestine. The signs of a purulent absorption fever for the patients remain within five day from the moment of operation. The ulcer cicatrization after operation due to Polikarpov is executed in customary terms — during 3–4 weeks after operation E.S. Milyudin EXPERIMENTAL MODEL OF INSUFFICIENCY REGIONAL STEM CELLS CORNEAL EPITHELIAL An experimental model of insufficiency regional stem cells of corneal epithelial without mechanical damage of a zone limb is developed. Experiments on two groups of animals are carried out. The animal of experimental group after removal epithelial of area limb carried out application of 0,04% ÌÌÑ. Epithelization and inflammatory reaction faster end is marked in control group. In experimental group of animals on a surface of the cornea corneal caligo and growing of vessels are formed. Morphological development of conjunctival epithelium on a cornea surface is then confirmed. E.S. Milyudin The mechanism of replacement silica desiccation plasticized amniotic membrane on a surface of a cornea at experimental animals is studied. The biological material on a surface of a cornea is lysing and replacing by formed on periphery epithelial cell which migrate under amnion to the center. Process of replacement comes to end by 21 day and high-grade specialized epithelial layer is formed. Temporarily covering of a cornea silica desiccation plasticized amniotic membrane at patients with pathology of a forward segment of an eye in 90% of cases permits to achieve remission of disease that confirms safety of biologically active amnion properties at preservation by drying above silica gel. V.G. Podkovkin, D.G. Ivanov ADRENALS STATE AND OXIPROLINE CONTENT DYNAMICS OF RATS UNDER TEMPERATURE EFFECT In the paper the adrenals state and both free and proteinbinding oxiprolines content in plasma of rats under daily temperature effect are studied. The weigh of glands and adrenalin, noradrenalin, 11-oxycorticosteroids content in adrenals, liver and plasma for characteristic adrenals status are analyzed. In an experiment the wavy dynamics of these makers and correlation between 11-oxycorticosteroids content in adrenals and proteinbinding oxiprolines content in plasma are observed. S.A. Sachkov NEW SPECIES OF THE MOTHS (LEPIDOPTERA) FOR SAMARA REGION. REPORT 2 In the paper the eight new species of moths for Samara region are noted and the two species are deleted. M.M. Serykh, V.V. Zaitsev A MODERN NOTION ON PHILOGENESIS AND ONTOGENESIS OF IMMUNITET OF ANIMALS Mammal and birds have the most complex structure and functions of immune system. Specific immune reactance has absorbed in itself all historical experience of development of immune forms of protection from monocelled up to the highest vertebrate animals. Thus the most successful ancient mechanisms of protection have not been lost. T.A. Sivokhina, R.B. Balter, T.P. Parenko, N.V. Chertuikovzeva, T.V. Ivanova A ROLE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL REACTION OF YOUNG GIRLS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF JUVENILE UTERINE BLEEDING The effect of psychoemotional immaturity of young girls on menstrual function formation is studied. Young patients with excitable and pedantic types of character, low self-appraisal often suffer from the growth of anxiety, emotional tension and stress, and as a result more frequently have juvenile uterine bleeding. Thus, their psychical indexes reflect the state of psychoemotional sphere of young girls as well as their physical health and need special correction during medical treatment. T.A. Sivokhina, R.B. Balter, T.P.Parenko, N.V.Chertuikovzeva, T.V. Ivanova THE EFFECT OF SOMATIC PATHOLOGY ON THE JUVENILE UTERINE BLEEDING DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG GIRLS The somatic health of 198 young girls with juvenile uterine bleeding and 92 young girls with normal menstruations is examined. The clinicostatistic analysis of young girls’ somatic health indices shows more poor health index of the girls representing the first group. Only one third of these girls were born without any pathology, many of them have different health problems. A lot of girls were born with low body mass, suffered from chronic intrauterine hypoxia, arrest of intrauterine development. The obtained results give us the reason to propose that the mentioned above health problems can be a background for the development of hypothala-hypophysial interrelation, revealing itself through menstrual disfunctions. V.N. Sidorenko In the paper the dynamics of atmospheric air pollution is modelled and the monetary estimation of the atmospheric air pollution from viewpoint of the human health damage for the population of the Russia regions is given. |
