V.A. Osyanin, N.E. Sidorina MASS SPECTROMETRIC INVESTIGATION OF FRAGMENTATION REACTIONS OF 1H-BENZOTRIAZOL-1-YLMETYLPHENOLS Mass spectra of a number of 2- and 4-(1H-1,2,3-benzotriazol-1-ylalkyl)phenols are obtained by direct lead-in. The fragmentation schemes of the molecular ions are given. The substitutions effect on dissociation is discussed. It is shown that benzylic decay predominates over phenolic dissociation. V.A. Osyanin, N.E. Sidorina, E.L. Golub INVESTIGATION OF THE INTERACTION OF 6-CLOROURACIL WITH o-HYDROXYBENZYL ALCOHOLS The reactions between 6-chlorouracyl and a number of o-hydroxybenzyl alcohols are carried out by boiling in DMF. The five compounds have been synthesized. All of these substances are characterized by spectral data. The fragmentation scheme of the molecular 7-bromo- 1,5-dihydro-2H-chromeno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2,4-(3H)dione is given. P.P. Purygin, N.A.Klyonova, E.G. Litvinova, O.S. Sribnaya, A.A. Nikacshina DETECTION AND ALLOCATION ANTIBACTERIAL PEPTIDES FROM EXTRACTS LARVAS GALLERIA MELLONELLA Methods of extraction, rectification and identification of antibacterial components from extracts of Galleria Mellonella are reviewed in this work. The analysis of the proteins contained in the extract was carried out in 7,5 per cent polyacrylamide gel using electrophoretic method. It is shown that protein fractions with antibacterial activity contain individual protein. |
