INVESTIGATION OF HYDROGEN DIFFUSION IN FREE VOLUMES UNDER STREAMLINED HEAD OF ROCKET CARRIER “SOYUZ”

In the paper the dynamics of hydrogen diffusion process in gas (air) in free volumes is studied aiming at theoretical and experimental determination of hydrogen concentration at various points of the volume and moments. The mathematical model of hydrogen diffusion process in buffer gas in a field of gravitational forces is developed. The theoretical and the experimental data are then compared.
