EFFECT OF ZEOLITE-CONTAINING ROCK AND SAINFOIN ON BIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF LEACHED CHERNOZEM POLLUTED WITH MIXTURE OF HYDROCARBONS

Effect of zeolite-containing rock of Tatarsko-Shatrashansky deposit and grassy plant sainfoin on biological parameters of soil polluted with mixture of hydrocarbons is studied. Sainfoin is the potential phytomeliorant of leached chernosem of Tatarstan Republic. The positive effect of complex using of meliorants on all investigated biological parameters (number of heterotrophic microorganisms and hydrocarbon utilisers, soil microbial carbon, respiratory activity, enzyme dehydrogenase and urease activity) of the soil with different levels of hydrocarbon pollution is detected.

OXYGEN METABOLISM IN THE EPITHELIAL TUMOR TISSUE OF OVARY

In the paper the comparative analysis of the membranebound mitochondrial enzyme (succinate dehydrogenase and cytochrome oxidase) activity level in the tumor of the ovary epithelial tissue in dependence on the clinical stage of the disease is studied. The decrease of the enzyme activity in comparison with that in the outwardly normal ovaries is revealed. The decrease of the enzyme activity level correlates with the tumor progression.

CHILDREN’S VACCINATION AT THE REGIONAL CENTER OF IMMUNOPROPHYLAXIS

As there is no improvement of the epidemiological situation of controlling infections in the country, the perfection of forms and methods of the vaccination is the fundamental problem for the decrease of infections illness level. The work out of vaccination of the children with different diseases increases the embrace of the children by the vaccinations. From our point of view the vaccination of children who have bad health needs the individual approach taking into account the risk groups with the development of the complications after vaccinations.

PARAMETERS OF CARDIO-VASCULAR SYSTEM AGEING AS A CRITERION OF FUTURE EFFECTS OF ENVIROMENT POLLUTION

Physiological, biochemical and morpho-metrical parameters of cardiovascular system of various laboratory animals (white rats) are obtained. The correlation of physiological, biochemical, and morpho-metrical parameters as depending on animal ages are discussed. The mathematical dependence of animal ages is obtained. The possibility of definition the “biological age” of an animal is presented. The results form the base of accelerated chemical substances normalizing that have an effect on vascular system.

INVESTIGATION OF DEVELOPMENT FEATURES OF MUSEUM AND FRESH EXTRACTED FROM AN ORGANISM SHTAMMES

Development dynamics of museum and fresh extracted from an organism bacterium shtammes is studied in real-time mode. Distinction of development mechanisms of museum and fresh bacterial cultures in lag-phase is shown. This can be used as a criterion for their definition.

EFFECT OF HIGH-ALTITUDE ZONING ON BUTTERFLIES HABITAT DISTRIBUTION IN THE MOUNTAINS OF SOUTH OF FAR EAST AND TRANSBAICALIA

In the paper the modification of ecological habitat structure of fauna with ascent up to the mountains within main biomes of south of Far East and Transbaicalia is analyzed based on butterflies (Lepidoptera, Diurna) data. The catena approach adapted to mountainous country as a basis of habitat typology is assumes. Special emphasis to character of species distribution within high-altitude mountainous units is given. The review of decrease of species richness along hypsometric profile for main types of habitat positions is given.

MESENTERIC ARTERIAL DENERVATION DURING SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH SHARP ADHESIVE OBSTRUCTION

1995–2003 years mesenteric arterial denervation during operation concerning adhesive obstruction is made to 60 patients which have made the basic group. In 21 (34,4%) case denervation is executed by a usual way, i.e. by mechanical crossing of nervous fibres, and at one patient are simultaneously executed mesenteric top arterial denervation and mesenteric bottom arterial segment denervation, and in 40 (65,6%) — by chemical way. Using mesenteric arterial denervation method at patients with sharp adhesive obstruction allows to reduce terms of recovery of gastrointestinal functions on the average on 2–3 days, thus reducing time of hospital stay at postsurgical period.

CHILDREN FIBRONECTIN DETERMINATION FOR EARLY DIAGNOSTICS OF TUBULOINTERSTITIONAL NEPHRITIS AND PYELONEPHRITIS

In the paper clinical pathogenical approaches for early diagnostics of kidney impairments in children are worked out. The examined 73 children are subdivided into 2 groups. Group I— 42 children with tubulointerstitional nephritis; group II — 31 children with pyelonephritis. Considerable changes in fibronectin level in blood serum and its excretion with urine depending on inflammatory process activity and kidney functional status are found.
