GAS–CHROMATOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS OF THE INTERMIXTURE WITH UNKNOWN COMPONENTS

New methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the complex mixtures, based on using of complex gas-chromatographic information (the retention index of investigated material, the molecular weight coefficient, the boiling point coefficient and coefficient of sensitivity of the thermal-conductivity detector and the flame ionization one and also values of molecular weight, boiling point and relative coefficients of sensitivity of used detectors for analyzed components) are proposed.

QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION OF NOVOCAINE INJECTED INTO THE SKIN BY DNSE-PHORESIS

For revealing efficiency of medicinal electrophoresis from electrostimulator DIADENS-Т series of experiments by quantitative definition bipolar impulse currents are perfomed. The analysis of obtained results shows an opportunity of effective utilization Dynamic neuro-stimulating electrophoresis (DNSE-phoresis) in medical practice.
