Kulagina, A.I.Kosov PNEUMONIAS IN SECONDARY IMMUNODEFFICIENCIES: HUMORAL FACTORS CHARACTERISTICS Severe community-acquired pneumonia with lung tissue destruction accompanied by pleuritis and anemia is often observed at immunocompromised patients. For drug users with community-acquired pneumonia the production of inflammatory cytokines decreases reflecting insufficient cellular immune response. Based on the results of immune status examination an immunocorrection therapy is proposed by using bacterial vaccines and cytokines. The examination of humoral and cellular immunity and the spectrum of inflammatory cytokines permits us to estimate the extent of inflammatory process in the lung tissue. V.V. Kulagina CHARACTERISTICS OF RESPIRATORY BACTERIAL FLORA AT CHILDREN WITH BRONCHIAL ASTHMA In the paper the role of microbial flora of upper respiratory tract at children with bronchial asthma (BA) of different severity is studied. 78 children aged from 5 to 15 with BA are recruited. As a result of the study a correlation between the severity of BA and microbial flora is obtained. Bacterial pathogenic flora is cultured during relapse of asthma caused by allergic reactions. When relapses of BA occurred due to viral infection fungi of Candida family building pseudomicelium is observed. O.Y. Sarokvasha, Y.P. Frolov In the paper the effect of transmission line 35kV and 110kV electromagnetic radiation on urease activity of soil near Bezenchyk town is studied. |
