Z.P. Belousova, E.S. Selezneva ON THE IMIDAZOLE DERIVATES GENOTOXICITY The genotoxicity of indole and some of its derivates such as N-methylindole, N-indolide bensolsulphuric acid, N-indolide toluolsulphyric acid, indolylacetic acid and β-indolylbytiric acid that may be considered as native plant hormones analogs, for Allium cepa seeds and root meristems is investigated. It is shown that indole and its synthetic derivates weakly inhibited seed germinatiom but stimulate the root growth whereas N-methylindole shows toxic effect on both parameters. All the tested substances induce different types of chromosome aberrations in root meristem cells of Allium cepa and, except indole, stimulate the proliferative activity in them. A.V. Voronkov, Y. Voronkova, S.V. Kurbatova, O.G. Larionov HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY OF CINCHONA ACID AMIDES Some cinchona acid amides (4-carboxyquinoline derivatives) behaviour is investigated under conditions of liquid sorption chromatography. Its retention factor is determined in reversed-phase (RP) high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The effect of different electrondonor and electronacceptor factors is analysed. The physical, chemical and structural sorbate characteristics are estimated. S.V. Kurbatova, N.Y. Shumskaya Chromatographic behavior of the some adamantan's oxygen derivatives is investigated under conditions of liquid chromatography. Its retention factor in reversed-phase (RP) high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is determined. Structure and topology influence on retention behavior under conditions of liquid sorption chromatography is established. O.N. Nechaeva, N.A. Klenova, P.P. Purygin, E.A. Shubina, N.Y. Khokhlova Chromatographic behavior of the some adamantan's oxygen derivatives is investigated under conditions of liquid chromatography. Its retention factor in reversed-phase (RP) high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is determined. Structure and topology influence on retention behavior under conditions of liquid sorption chromatography is established. R.F. Stepanova, L.A. Onuchak, O.S. Buckova The effect of cholesteryc ether of n-pentyloxybenzoic acid mesomorphic state on its sorption properties and selectivity in relation to n-alkanes (C6-C10), benzene and its derivatives (toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes, 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene), alcohols (C2-C6) with normal and isomeric structure, and selectivity to isomeric xylenes and alcohols separation is studied by the gas chromatography method. Due to small contribution of specific interactions in retention, division of normal and isomeric structure alcohols on columns with cholesteric ChPB as well as xylene isomers occurs on the basis of their structure. I.F. Shatalaev, S.Kh. Sharipova, Z.Y. Mashchenko, O.N. Nechaeva, P.P. Purygin, N.Y. Khokhlova SYNTHESIS AND STUDY OF EFFECT OF ETHYLAZOL-1-YLCARBOXYIMIDATES ON MALATE DEHYDROGENASE OF SIMPLES Ethylimidazol-1-ylcarboxyimidate and ethylbenzimidazol-1-ylcarbo\-xy\-im\-idate are synthesized and their effect on activity of molecular forms malate dehydrogenase of (MF MDH) methyl-isopropyl phenol-containing simples are analysed. |
