O.V. Gribkova, V.G. Podkovkin EFFECT OF HYDROCORTISONE INJECTION ON RAT'S CONJUNCTIVE TISSUE METABOLISM In this paper a model of the experimental osteoporosis in rat's is tested. The increase of corticosteroid rate that causes the development of osteoporosis is detected. It is shown that activity of alkaline phosphates have the undulating character. The tendency of the free hydroxyproline concentration towards decrease is observed. The changes of the inorganic phosphorus rate within the limits of physiological norm are found. Serious alterations of the calcium concentration are not found out. These results demonstrate the partial development of osteoporosis. A.V. Kosterin, O.A. Sofinskaya A possibility of tridecane to degrade under conditions of different quantities of soil moisture and inflow of microorganisms maladapted to hydrocarbons into microbial community brought in anabiosis is experimentally studied. In order to make the inflow of maladapted microorganisms two soil layers one above another are prepared: a "clean" layer and a layer contaminated by tridecane. Reliable positive effect of the upper uncontaminated layer and soil moisture on the tridecane biodegradation is observed. Positionally unavailable for tridecane biodegradation concentration is obtained. N.A. Merkulova, V.I. Belaykov, E.M. Inyucshkina, D.N. Tolkushkina LOCALISATION AND FUNCTIONAL ORGANISATION OF THE RESPIRATORY CENTER In the paper main trends in studies of respiratory center localisation are discribed. Special attention is paid to characteristic of the modern viewpoint on functional organisation and reasons of breathing rhytm generation. L.A. Stepanischeva REHABILITATION EFFICIENCY OF INDUSTRIAL WORKERS WITH CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE The results of observation of workers with COPD are presented. The rehabilitation program is proposed, including mucolytics inhalations with Nebulizer, school for patients with COPD, "give-up smocking" program, respiratory gymnastics, vaccination against flu, psychological support. The results of efficiency estimation of different rehabilitation methods taking into account clinical symptoms and results of immunological and instrumental research are given. |
