EFFECT OF WORK AT A COMPUTER ON CONCENTRATION OF HORMONES IN SALIVA OF SCHOOLBOYS WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF BIORHYTHM'S AND HEART'S CAPACITY

Psychological, physiological and biological parameters of schoolboys of the schools No. 3 and No. 77 of Promyshleniy District of Samara by the work at a computer are investigated. Correlation of physiological parameters and concentration of glucocorticoids in saliva with types of biorhythm and heart's capacity of a person is found. The effect of electromagnetic influence of a computer on processes of adaptation of schoolboys is demonstrated.

EFFECT OF ECTOPIC IMPLANTATION OF DEMINERALIZED BONE MATRIX AND ALLOGEN HYDROXYAPATITE ON THE RAT BONE TISSUE METABOLISM

The aim of this study is to determine the effects of transplantation bone materials on the recipient organism as the possible regulators of the bone tissue metabolism. The alterations of total hydroxyproline concentration in plasma, glucocorticoid level in rat adrenal glands are detected. The obtained results are an evidence of collagen catabolism stimulation. The lack of phosphorous-calcium disbalance in rat organism after experiment is found.

VOLUMETRIC-MANOMETRICAL TEST SIGNIFICANCE FOR DIAGNOSTICS AND CONTROL OF CHILDREN'S INVAGINATION OF INTESTINE CORRECTION

Invagination of intestine is the most often kind of child's sharp intestinal impassability. Because of revealing complexity of the given pathology many authors suggest various ways of diagnostics, but till now any of these methods does not give a full guarantee of the proper diagnosis at the inspection stage. To determine invaginations and to control their correction the volumetric-manometrical test is used. The principle of changing the intraintestinal pressure at introduction of settlement volumes of air in a gleam of intestines is put as the basis of this test. By comparing the results of invagination of intestine diagnostics, we argue for conclusive advantage of volumetric-manometrical test.

EFFECT OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD OF TRANSMISSION LINE ON THE GROWTH OF WINTER WHEAT IN THE FIRST TWO WEEKS

The effect of electromagnetic field transmission line changes on some growth parameters of winter wheat is studied. Biological effects of combined influence of ecological factors are analyzed.

ON THE VOLGA-RIVER SPECIES OF GENUS CRYPTOCHIRONOMUS (DIPTERA, CHIRONOMIDAE) LARVAE MORPHOLOGY CHARACTERS

The morphology characters of the larvae C. obreptans and C. defectus from the Volga-river reservoirs of year 2000 are studied. Morphology characters of the larvae C. obreptans and C. defectus independent on species domination in the biotop differs by 1,6-25,5%. Body length divided by head length from the body length dependence of the larvae C. obreptans on C. defectus is found.

ON ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY OF SOME IMIDAZOLE DERIVATES

The water solutions toxicity of imidazole and its derivates as N-methylimidazole, N-imidazolide methansulfuric acid, N-imidazolide benzolsulfuric acid, N-imidazolide toluolsulfuric acid, both as the adaptive ability of Staphilococcus aureus to them is tested. The concentration, molecular structure and lipophylity of substance effect their antibacterial activity. The negative correlative connection among toxicity and lipophylity of substance is shown. We propose a hypothesis that tested substances can go into cells using imidazoline receptors. The preadaptation caused by small doses of xenobiotics induces the mutant clones appearance, who can involve such substances to their metabolism. The imidazole does not demonstrate mutagenic activity for Staphilococcus aureus and in the cause of imidazole preadaptation it activates the resistant enzymes.

ON THE SECONDARY STRUCTURE EQUIHELICITY OF MAIN BIOLOGICAL MACROMOLECULES

The equihelicity phenomenon for proteins and nucleic acids of secondary structure is discussed. A hypothesis that makes clear the evolution of equihelicity is proposed.

CORRECTION OF THE LABOUR SAFETY STANDARDS AND SANITARY NORMS ON SECTION "NOISE"

In the paper graphic analysis of maximum permissible loudness levels of noise for various types of transport and industrial premises is given. Uprating norms for some frequencies of a sound gamut are found and their correction is proposed.
