In the paper a comparative analysis of functional parameters of heart studied by echocardiography, at the patients with I functional class ischemia of heart and chronic alcoholism of I, II and III stages is presented. The reduction of retractile function of cardiac muscle, parameters of central hemodynamics and increase of minute volume of heart at both pathological conditions is shown. At the patients with ischemia of heart expansion of the aorta basis, practically unchanged fraction of emission, increase of shock volume of heart is marked. At the patients with chronic alcoholism the reduction of a fraction of emission, unchanged size of aorta and increase of final diastolic and final systolic size and volume is observed.

Responses respiratory pattern, external intercostal muscles and neurons respiratory center to electrical stimulation of the nucleus fastigii are studied in acute experiments in rats. According to the obtained data nucleus fastigii participate in cerebellar mechanism of the respiratory control.

FUNCTIONAL CONDITION OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN OF VOLGOGRAD
The significant decrease in morphological and functional parameters of an organism of children of preschool age is marked. In the paper the brief analysis of a physical and functional condition of children of preschool age of Volgograd city is given. Dynamics of functionality of children organism participating in research has shown smooth and stable hypoxia fluctuation to seasonal stability. Necessity of laying down a program allowing to warn the growth of the catarrhal diseases is discussed.
