V.G. Berezkin, I.Ā. Platonov, M.V. Lepsky, D.R. Ismagilov, L.A. Onuchak DYNAMIC METHOD OF VAPOUR-GAS STREAMS PREPARATION OF VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS IN NOBLE GAS A new simple method of preparation of gas stream containing given time invariant microconcentrations of volatile substances is proposed. The apparatus scheme for its realization is given. It is experimentally shown that in the case when CL1 >CL2=CL3 the volatile substance concentration in a gas stream is more time stable than in the case when concentration in all bubbler flasks is flatten. A.V. Bulanova, K.V. Yegorova, Yu.L. Polyakova, P.P. Purygin, Yu.P. Zarubin The connection "biological activity - physical and chemical property" of sulfonic derivatives of imidazole and 1,2,4-triazole is investigated. Physical and chemical characteristics of molecules are provided by means of AM1 method. The computer estimation of a biological activity spectrum is lead. It is shown, that the greatest prognostic ability is possessed by correlations between the values describing biological activity, and enthalpy of molecules formation, electrical dipole moment. On the basis of quantum-chemical calculations the mechanism of acid and basic hydrolysis is described. Kinetic parameters of reactions are determined by the HLPC method. V.V. Vishnyakov, P.P. Purygin, S.V. Pan'kov, N.A Pan'kova, Yu.P. Zarubin SYNTHESIS OF N-CYANODERIVATIVES OF THE PYRIMIDINE BASES AND THEIR STABILITY IN THE AQUEOUS MEDIUM 1-Cyanoderivatives of the thymine, uracil and cytosine are synthesized by interaction of trimethylsilyl derivatives of the pyrimidine bases with equimolar quantity of cyanogen bromide in the environment of absolute benzol. Hydrolytic stability of the synthesized compounds is investigated. It is found that their reactivity decreases in a sequence 1-cyanouracil > 1-cyanothymine > 1-cyanocytosine. L.A. Onuchak, S.V. Lapshin Adsorption of xylene isomers on graphitized thermal carbon black modified by~monolayers of nematic and cholesteric liquid crystals by means gas-adsorption chromatographic method is investigated. Selectivity of received adsorbents to separation the xylene isomers in a wide temperature interval is analyzed. The structure of the liquid crystal monolayers and the mechanism of interaction of xylene molecules with received adsorbents surface are discussed. It is shown that modifying of a graphitized thermal carbon black surface increases selectivity of received adsorbent to xylene isomers separation. I.F. Shatalaev, Z.Ye. Mashchenko, V.A. Kurkin, P.P. Purygin, Yu.P. Zarubin The method of electrophoresis in polyacrylamid gel is used to study the composition and activity of malate and lactate dehydrogenases of grasses Origanum vulgare L., Thymus serpyllum M. and Monarda fistulosa L. in vegetation period. Different molecular forms of studied enzymes and fractions of proteins are determined in the direct dependence of vegetation period and storage period. Usability of the obtained data is discussed with relation to the development of recommendations on the time for gathering, expiry terms and identification of medicinal plants. I.F. Shatalaev, I.V. Fomin, P.P. Purygin, Yu.P. Zarubin The method of electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel is used to study the composition and dynamics of molecular forms of malate dehydrogenase, glutamate dehydrogenase and catalase of immobilised cenosis during processing sewage at an oil refining factory. It is shown that multiple molecular enzymes forms activity directly depends on the treatment conditions. Perspectives of model hydroecosystems biomonitoring on anaerobic-aerobic metabolism enzymes molecular forms dynamics are discussed. |
