LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY OF SOME FIVEMEMBER HETEROCYCLES DERIVATIVES

Chromatographic behaviour of some azoles derivatives is investigated using high resolution liquid chromatography. Retention factor's values are obtained for the reverse phase variant of liquid chromatography. Influence of nature of substitute at heterocycles and steric factor on the chromatographic retention is shown.

INVESTIGATION OF ADAMANTANE STRUCTURAL ANALOGUES BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY

Relationships between structure and biological activity of adamantane structural analogues is investigated. Value of biological activity probability, structural, physico-chemical and topological characteristics are calculated by means of PASS and HyperChem programme.

CHROMATOGRAPHICAL IDENTIFICATION OF ADAMANTANE SERIES KETONES SYNTHESIS INTERMEDIARY PRODUCTS

Method of final product and intermediary products of 1-(1-adamantylmethyl)carboxy-2-carbmethoxy-1-methoxy-4-(1-adamantyl)-1-buten-3-on synthesis analysis is proposed for liquid and thin-layer chromatography. Retention indices and chromatography moviities of oxygencontaining substances are obtained. The method of chromatographic identification for investigated substances is proposed.
