SYNTHESIS AND CARDIOTROPYC EFFECT OF 1-CYANODIBAZOLUM

A new deviant of Dibazolum 1-cyanodibazolum is synthesized, the frame of which is demonstrated by the method of IR spectroscopy and the data of the element analysis. Dibazolum is widely used in clinical practice as a hypotensive drug, and effect of 1-cyanodibazolum on a function state of heart is investigated. Analysis of peak and time performances of the electrocardiogram of laboratory rats is given. The revealed negative variations in indices of electric activity of a myocardium point to the cardiotoxic operating of both drugs which is more expressed on a background of the introducing 1-cyanodibazolum.
