SYNTHESIS AND BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF DERIVATIVES OF α-(3,4-DIHYDROXY-1-NAPHTHYL)-PHOSPHONOACETIC ACID

The derivatives of α-naphthylphosphonoacetic acid were obtained. Its antiviral and antimicrobial activity were studied. Obtained compounds were shown a virulicidal activity against Aueski disease`s virus.

THORACAL AND ABDOMINAL COMPONENTS IN BIOELECTRICAL ACTIVITY OF RESPIRATORY MUSCLES CAUSED BY STIMULATION OF SENSOMOTOR CORTEX IN RATS

The data obtained at the experiments show thot the thoracal component prevates in activity of respiratory muscles caused by stimulation of cortex in rats. The possible mechanisms of the dierance in effects on diaphragmal and external intercostal muscles are discussed.

PARTICIPATION OF THE NUCLEUS AMBIGUALIS SEROTONINERGIC MECHANISMS IN REALIZATION OF THE GYRUS CINGULIS INFLUENCES ON BREATHING IN RATS

In acute experiments on rats we studied responces of external intercostal muscules to electrical stimulation of the gyrus cingulis and to the same stimulation combined with microinjection of serotonin into the nucleus ambigualis. It is shown that respiratory effects to cingular cortex stimulation are depended from the functional activity of the nucleus ambigualis serotonin receptors.

THE CARABID COMPLEXES (COLEOPTERA, CARABIDAE) OF THE CULTIVATED LANDS IN THE NORTH-EAST OF SAMARA REGION AND THEIR AGRICULTURAL TRASFORMATION

Ecological and faunistic structure of population of ground beetles (Coleoptera, Carabidae) on the cultivated lands in north-east of Samara Region was studied. Some peculiarities of the agricultural transformation of the ground beetle complexes were traced. The species diversity of carabid beetles decreases from cultivated crops to fallow lands and increases from fallow lands to winter crops. And their numbers increase in that sequence. Those changes are determined by soil-hydrologic conditions which are defined by regime of soil cultivation and kind of crops.

CHARACTERIZATION OF 1-CYANOBENZIMIDAZOLE EFFECT ON THE WHITE BLOOD PICTURE

1-cyanobenzimidazole - induced leucocytary reactions in rats are investigated. Analysis of the reaction to solitary or multiple administration of the 1-cyanobenzimidazole is performed. We found changes in number and morphology of all types of the leucocytes, thus 1-cyanobenzimidazole has a high physiological activity. The most pronounced effect we observed is an activation of mechanisms respousible for the resistance of organism.

CARABID COMPLEXES (COLEOPTERA, CARABIDAE) IN CONDITIONS OF THE WATERSHED SLOPE MICROZONALITY OF VYSOKOJE ZAVOLZHIJE

Carabid complexes of steppe, meadow, wood and littoral biotops are characterized on species composition, structure of ecological groups, life form spectrum and temporal number dynamics. The main peculiarity of carabid existense in the watershed slope microzonality conditions is a complexity. Carabid complexes of the watershed slope habitats can differ either stability or variability.

THE IMMUNE MECHANISMS OF THE DAMAGE OF THE ENDOTHELIUM OF THE PREGNANT AND IMMUNOBIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF THE SYNTHETIC ANALOGUE OF LEU-ENKEPHALIN - DALARGIN: CLINICAL-EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH

Cytotoxic action of antiendothelial antibodies and sensitized to the endothelium of vessels of lymphocytes, received from a blood of the pregnant women with hemovascular violations was studied in the experiment on culture of the endothelial cells. Received data allowed to extract immune mechanisms of the damage of the endothelial cells at the complicated flow of the gestation and prove citoprotective and immunomodulating action of synthetic analogue leu-enkefalin - dalargin, intermediate Δ- and μ-receptors of endothelium of the vessels and immunocompetent cells.

SAMARSKAYA LUKA AS A NATURE PHENOMENON OF THE MIDDLE POVOLZHJE

The age of Samarskaya Luka dry land territory is about 25 million years. During the long time of its existance Samarskaya Luka repeatedly changed the plant cover, the same as the floristic composition, from the tropical richness to pleistocenic poverty. Today the list of higher vascular plants includes 1200 scecies. Among them there are relicts of different epochs (35 species), endemics (9,7%) the species that were for the first time described for the Russian flora: Festuca wolgensis P.Smirn., Koeleria sclerophylla P.Smirn., Dianthus volgicus Juz., Lotus zheguliensis Klok., and the narrow local taxons for the Zhiguly height. Cerastium zhegulensis S.Saksonov; Gypsophila Juzepczukii Ikonn., Astragalus zingeri Korsh., Euphorbia zhiguliensis Terech., Thymus zheguliensis Klok. et Shost. The number of rare and extincting plants is 205 species. Samarakaya Luka as an exceptional nature phenomenon needs the special preservation despite of the existance Zhigulevsky state reservate both as Samarskaya Luka national park.
