N.A. Merkulova, V.E. Yakunin MIHAIL VASILEVICh SERGIEVSKII, 1898-1982 The paper is dedicated to Prof. Dr. M.V. Sergievskii, whose 100th anniversary is observed in 1998. O.A. Vedyasova, O.G. Golovina In ananesthetized rats the external intercostal muscules revealed inhibatory reactions to separate stimulation of anterior limbic cortex. Limbic stimulation combined with propranolol (3·10(-6) Ì) administration into solitary tract nucleus (NTS) induced excitatory responses of inspiratory muscules. The data obtained suggest that NTS B-adrenoreceptors participate in inhibitory limbic mechanisms of the respiratory control. R.A. Zainulin, L.V. Gluschenko, I.D. Fedorchenko Electrical stimulation of substantia nigra, pallidum and central nucleus of amygdala drived the formation of respiratory pattern in rat. Breathing are mainly increased by compact part of substantia nigra. Chemical ruining of substantia nigra brings to removal pallidum influences and amplification of amygdaloid central nucleus influence to respiration. N.A. Merkulova, A.N. Inyushkin In 47 anaesthetised rats we investigated respiratory and circulatory effects of TRH and opioid peptides: morphine, leu-enkephalin and B-endorphin (10-14-10-4 Ì) microinjected into the retroambigualis nucleus. TRH indused the increase in tidal volume, minute ventilation, mean blood pressure and heart rate. Effects of opioid peptides were opposite to TRH effects. Circulatory responses were more prominent and had shortes latency then respiratory effects. Circulatory and respiratory effects of opioid peptides (except of hypotension caused by B-endorphin were prevented by naloxone microinjections into the same area. We suppose the involvement of peptidergic mechanisms in respiratory and circulatory control at the level of retroambigualis nucleus. L.I. Sepgeeva, Y.V. Ivanova The acethylcholin microinjections into nucleus ambiquus were carried out in acute experiment in nonlinear rats. The analysis of the external interrib muscles reactions observed during this experiment allowed us to reveal some specific peculiarities of the mediator orientation of these nuclei in the right and the left halves of the respiratory centre and peculiarities of the efferent connections of each nucleus with the respiratory muscles motor centres also the functional differences between the structures of equal disposition displaied in their influence at the effector level were revealed. L.I. Sergeeva, V.E. Kuzmina ANALIS SAMETHINGE NEUROCHEMICAL MECHANISMS OF THE RESPIRATORY CENTER INTEGRATIVE ACTIVITY The results of the research indicate the chemical asymmetry homotopic structures the bulbary respiratory center. |
